El Pollo Loco - Brownsville

Awesome all around! Good food, great service.I give it five stars… but tortillas should be free for the price they already charge for the chicken!

EPL Fired grilled chicken is freaking amazing. Perfectly grilled chicken and the citrus marinade is awesome. The Pollo bowl combo is also freaking super good and a good deal. The rice, beans chopped chicken is fantastic and it will fill you up. Furthermore, the customer service is also outstanding! 5 Stars all the way around.

I've only used their drive thru for a quick and convenient meal. I love their chicken and avocado burrito. Their salsas are delicious. Plenty of choices for the entire family.

Really Bad experience today. Was being very rushed and employees were very rude. Apart from being rude they forgot to add the main course (chicken) to my order.

I just returned from ordering at this, my local El Pollo Loco. In the past this restaurant has been my go to for quick meals. Tonight, the person taking the orders through the drive through was surly and rude, got the order at the drive through speaker, when I pulled up to the window charged too much for the order and when I asked her to check because it seemed high, she still had the order wrong, claimed to have corrected the order and then ordered me to move forward, and when she came out to bring my order to the car, had it wrong again. What I received was a skimpy, wilted salad for $10.00. I 'm afraid this location has lost my business for a long time.
