They had one responsibility, and unfortunately, they completely missed the mark. I heard that they hire just about anyone, which is concerning, especially after I asked if they employ people who have difficulties with basic instructions. This is a major issue for McDonald's! The manager didn't even bother to take my name and acknowledged that their hiring practices are quite loose. I mentioned to her that they need to properly retrain their staff on how to make burgers correctly and ensure they read orders accurately.
It's time for some improvements. Please take pride in your work. My food arrived poorly assembled and did not match my order. Moreover, the customer service was lacking and quite rude. I won't be returning to this location again, ever.
During my last two visits, I ran into some issues with the app that forced me to walk in and pay at the counter. It was odd since my order was already at the point of sale when I got there, but I couldn't finalize the payment through the app. Interestingly, the app worked flawlessly in Leesville.
The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was amazing; the biscuit was simply delightful and incredibly soft.
