Tim Hortons - Brossard

I wish there was an option to give zero stars for the service I encountered. The staff was both slow and inept. By the time I finally got my sandwich, I had nearly finished my drink. It took them 30 minutes to prepare my sandwich, and they only started after I reminded them. Do yourself a favor and visit the other Tim Hortons in Brossard instead.

I have never experienced such exceptional service and kindness as I did at this restaurant. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their warmth and hospitality!

The sign says "open," and I can see people inside, but the doors are locked. There's an employee present, yet no one is allowed to enter. This has happened every time I've come here. If you're not going to let customers in, it might be better to close the business altogether. That would be beneficial for everyone and could make room for a place that truly wants to serve its customers.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Tim Hortons locations in Brossard, mainly due to the friendly staff. The management here appears to be especially competent. Compared to other branches, they are much more reliable in ensuring that you get exactly what you ordered. Over all the years I've been visiting this location, I've only experienced one minor mistake with my orders.

The service from the staff was outstanding overall, but there was one elderly woman who made the sandwiches who was quite unpleasant. She was rude and yelled at us for just asking a simple question. When we mentioned that we thought a turkey sandwich was missing, she snapped back, “What do you think I’m doing?” When I asked about the sandwiches in my bag, since it was a large order, she continued to shout that there were only two sandwiches. It took another employee to step in and provide clarification for me. If I decide to return and she is still acting this way, I will definitely speak to the manager.
