Pizza Hut Brossard

I ordered an X-Large size and waited nearly 30 minutes in the store, only to receive a medium. I won't be coming back.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever visited. The staff is not very friendly, and out of my last five orders, two contained mistakes. When I attempted to address an issue with my order with the manager, he appeared completely uninterested. Tonight will be the last time I place an order from this location. I suggest going to the Pizza Hut in Greenfield Park instead, as it is a much better choice if you're looking to order from this chain.

The large pizza arrived cold and soggy, so I had to reheat it in the oven. I didn't find any mushrooms on it, and the hot peppers that were supposed to be included were also missing—it had no spice at all. For $40, I would have been better off buying a $5 frozen pizza and adding my own toppings. Just my two cents.

The toppings were very sparse! I’m giving a one-star review because my pizza was cut into 20 slices, and one slice was missing. Wow!

This was not our first experience with this Pizza Hut, and I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by the level of service. That night, I submitted a complaint to their customer service and requested compensation, but I've yet to receive any response.
