3 Margaritas Broomfield

Unfortunately this place is just really quite mediocre in every way. The food was just average, as well as everything else about it, but what else can you except from a chain restaurant these days I suppose. However I don’t minus any stars off a review unless I have any complaints about this place, which I don’t, even if it was just “meh” across the board. However this chair I spotted here did end up making my day, so that counts for something :

Delicious Mexican fare here with great ambiance and very friendly workers. Food was definitely closer to truly authentic Mexican than Americanized Mexican. I had dinner here on a very busy Friday evening and my plate and drinks still came out quickly with the dinner being smoking hot, and the margarita cold and refreshing. So happy to find another Mexican restaurant nearby that serves excellent food and margaritas.

Margaritas were really strong, which is a plus. Their food is medicore. I had the Loco burrito with carnitas in it. The carnitas were really bland, with no flavoring. Their desserts though were delicious we had the fried ice cream and cheesecake burrito.

Every time I’ve gone in here, the employees have been so nice. The servings are very large! The veg fajitas are different because they have carrots in them, which is neither a pro or con for me. I love that I always have enough for a late night snack!

I have been to this location several times before, but this time, it seemed that they changed some of their items. Their salsa kind of tasted like spaghetti sauce and the green chili tasted like red enchilada sauce had been mixed into it. Not sure if they changed some of their recipies. Overall, it was not terrible, but also not what I was expecting.
