Mcdonald's - Brookridge

Got there half hour before closing, still a complete buffet. Good dinner. Staff friendly and helpful.

This McDonald's is the best one to go to there food is always good hot and fresh they always have milkshakes, ice cream, they don't say sorry it's down and there fish sandwiches are the best umm I will always come back to this one

This one is a great one. Fast, nice service, great fresh food.

McDonald's isn't up to the same standards that Chick-fil-A offers. But, they are fairly consistent fairly clean and available everywhere.

This is the 3rd time I ordered food and did not get what I asked for. I asked for no pickles on 7 cheeseburgers family member is allergic to them. I called and spoke to Manager. She told me to bring the recipe in (Not the food) for a full refund. I told her I couldn't come back the same day, was told no problem bring it in when you can. So I took recipe in today. Was told by Nina in a nasty way, that she will not give me full refund for the food even though the manager that told me full refund was in the store trying to get her to refund me. Nina wanted all the food back. Said she spoke to the head manager Mike. He told her not to refund me. Well I will be going back to speak to Manger Mike. This was not a drive through order.
