Mcdonald's - Brookridge

McDonald's isn't up to the same standards that Chick-fil-A offers. But, they are fairly consistent fairly clean and available everywhere.

This is the 3rd time I ordered food and did not get what I asked for. I asked for no pickles on 7 cheeseburgers family member is allergic to them. I called and spoke to Manager. She told me to bring the recipe in (Not the food) for a full refund. I told her I couldn't come back the same day, was told no problem bring it in when you can. So I took recipe in today. Was told by Nina in a nasty way, that she will not give me full refund for the food even though the manager that told me full refund was in the store trying to get her to refund me. Nina wanted all the food back. Said she spoke to the head manager Mike. He told her not to refund me. Well I will be going back to speak to Manger Mike. This was not a drive through order.

This is the second time I’ve went to this McDonald’s and they messed up my order. I ordered a cheese burger with extra pickles and onions, and then a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with a coke and honey mustard as the sauce, I literally got everything except the chicken nuggets. How are you guys going to give me sauce with no fricken chicken nuggets. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

You step into your 'local ' McDonald 's looking for a quick lunch. You 've got a receipt in your hand from another McDonald 's. You TOOK THE TIME to do the SURVEY on that receipt and IN EXCHANGE they offer you, on your next visit, to BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SANDWICH. Fair enough! I happily showed the girl at the register my receipt. She looked at me like I had 3 eyes! She went and talked to several people, apparently one of them a 'manager '? They were NOT FAMILIAR with this promo,
