Russo's Mozzarella And Pasta - Brooklyn

I ordered the lunch special chicken francese and imported prosciutto sandwich. Both dishes were excellent! I would definitely order them again.

There was hardly any dressing on the salad (I had to add my own) and it wasn't even wrapped. It was a complete rip off.

This restaurant used to be amazing, offering a wide variety of Italian products including dry and fresh sausages, prepared foods, snacks, drinks, fresh pasta, and pasta sauces. However, I have recently had disappointing experiences with the customer service from the employees, who seem to ignore the customers. Additionally, the quality of the food has been lacking - I purchased peppers stuffed with goat cheese that were fermented and inedible, as well as stale taralli crackers. It may be time for the owner to consider retraining the staff in customer service and improving inventory management.

Great food. I love their sandwiches and prepared food. The soppressata is delicious. Fresh baked bread and a nice olive selection. Good cheeses too. Everything about Russo's is top notch,Food: 5/5

I've lived in the neighborhood 25 years and I'm so sick of this place. Mediocre food and angry workers. $20 for my sandwich and they forgot the Mayo. Adding to the boycott list arrivederci!
