Dreadful service. needs new management. and the second ordered speaker must be fixed sandwich barely a huh will not go back?

I requested to change my drink selection at the drive thru call box and was told “she already made your drink”. It was a soda….not a customized creation…. A SODA! I questioned her response and re requested a change at the window. The same response met with a rude attitude. First and last time for me!

I've ordered a 14 piece four pieces of breast paid extra for the breast wings and thighs but I didn't get whole wings or even half a wink I got I don't even know how to describe it like it look like it was pieces of wings with no meat on it

I odered a chicken sanwich copletly discusting they were recooked on oil very nasty taste

You know when it comes to Popeye's and really just matters to what you get from their menu because everything tastes the same and it's all cooked in the same grease from the fish to the shrimp to the chicken and I know that's food contamination but go figure we have to do better as a restaurant industry and as a fast food restaurant industry at that I've ate at multiple Popeyes all over the world and none of them really compare to this one
