The bagels are pretty good...I've had better and I've definitely had worse. Downside: The service is slow; the food ordering, the prep and the register...they seem understaffed at peak times. Also, they have recently implimented an upcharge for paying by credit card. There is a sign with small print at the register but its not prominently visible and the woman that is always at the register doesn't verbally mention it...thats on you to notice the small print sign. I watched people on line in front of me pay by card and she didnt say a word...just rang them up and added the fee. She is also a bit rude.

Long wait times even when there is no line. Ordered a side of cream cheese today, got home and realized it was half empty..? Really disappointing, would appreciate a voucher towards a future order.

Great bagels, great prices and they really put good amount of filling. Definitely will come when nearby!!

Stopped by here on Saturday while walking around and got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It took 10 minutes to prepare which seemed like a very long time for a bagel... despite that it was delicious. Stayed very clean(best kind-when it doesn't fall apart) and was able to eat it while walking. It was very good would go back. Also it's small in the bagel shop which absurdly made it less hectic in a way.
