Kfc - Brooklyn

The restaurant opened 30 minutes later than expected, but the customer service was quite good. The food was decent, rating 3 out of 5.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. The soda and juice machine was broken, and instead of offering a solution, the staff suggested that customers drink Hawaiian Punch, Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea, or lemonade, almost forcing them to do so. Some patrons commented that the lemonade didn’t taste right, yet the restaurant still refused to credit them even a dollar or two from their order. This felt quite rude and demonstrated a lack of customer service experience. Additionally, the lengthy wait time and lack of attention to service made the overall dining experience less enjoyable.

My experience with KFC was so disappointing that I believe they should go out of business. The chicken was overly sweet, and the meat was excessively salty. Additionally, the macaroni and cheese was terrible; it had an odd taste that made my son feel unwell. I ended up having to throw away all the food I purchased.

Almost 11:30 clock landed there and although it says online as well as at their doorstep that they are open 10:30 clock, they were closed.

Please clean your windows .. we as a commuinty would love to actually be able to see in from the outside. It is very sad and off putting to see a business such as KFC with filthy windows. Thanks in advance, looking forward to the difference.
