Bidra med feedbackI had takeout and my cashier cynette was great. Loved interacting with her. I had the rasta pasta with snapper fillet… however when I got home and looked at my food there was no pasta sauce on my pasta and the snapper is fresh, Need seasoning…. ? that’s kind of crazy …Food: 1/5
I received a Uber Eats gift card and placed an order with the Flatbush Ave. Footprints, because I made prior orders with my credit card, Uber eats charged my credit card. Maybe 10 seconds passed before I realized what happened and I canceled the order bc I wanted to charge the gift card, not my CC. The charge remained on my CC, when I called Uber eats to refute the charge, Uber said they have to call the restaurant to have the charge removed. When the Uber rep. came back on the line, she said Footprint’s refused to void the charge bc they already prepared the meal. I know for a fact that they couldn’t have possibly made that meal in 10 seconds. They got that free this time, but I will NEVER give them anymore business.
The food was unbelievably delicious. The Thai fried rice and the garden salad was enough of a deal. YOU MUST ORDER SORREL WITH EVERY MEAL!!! Super sweet island mix with ALL the spices. Mix it with a sparkling club soda and you will thank me for that additional hack. Trust. I love this place. I will go broke going back to the place. It’s not cheap. But the food is so good I’m saving up to go back again.
I had a tasty and filling Cajun Chicken Rasta Pasta with a pretty decent strawberry cheesecake. Google said people typically spend 20 minutes here. My experience was over twice that amount of time for takeout. I waited in line for fifteen minutes and waited for my food for over thirty-five minutes. There seemed to be a man whose job it was to scream at customers that had questions about their orders. I noticed other people getting yelled at for asking about their food, so I tried to keep my head down. Tense and crowded restaurant. After twenty minutes of standing, I made the mistake of walking toward the pickup section to see if my take-out order ended up there by accident. This made the screaming employee especially upset. Finally, a friendly person behind the counter noticed that I 'd been standing there for about forty-five minutes, and helped get me out. Google said it was less busy than usual.
I this Footprints sucks, it 's just right above their Coney Island location, which is the worst of the worst. I just left there, had to wait online with no one in front of me for 10mins, just to order a damn salad. I understand they do a lot of UberEats and DoorDash but with sooo many people behind the counter, why can 't there just be one competent cashier behind the register? When one of the workers finally decided to take my order, she was the worst cashier ever. I got the short pudgy one with short hair, who for some odd reason couldn 't believe that I just wanted a quick salad and had to repeat Salad, only a salad? 3x 's and then somehow it took her 5mins to put just 1 salad in a bag. She asked what dressing I 'd like, I said Italian and I guess she forgot in the 10 seconds it took to get the dressing bc I get home and I have ranch. WTH?! Do better Footprints. This is why I only go to and order from your original restaurant.
