El Almacen - Brooklyn

The restaurant actually cancelled my reservation, but I still wanted to provide a rating.

I visited this restaurant for the second time and it was just as incredible as my first visit! The food, wine, service, and ambiance were all outstanding. I will definitely be returning.

The food was good and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was lacking. We were disappointed to find out that they were out of steaks when we arrived, as we had come specifically for that. We also encountered difficulties trying to order a second bottle of wine at the end of our meal, as we were informed that they were closing. Despite enjoying the food, we didn't feel welcomed at all, which was disappointing for a restaurant.

Good food/good place/pool service Unfortunately we had no access to our voicemail and did not receive their message that they were from steaks. This is a Pitty since we came here for the meat. Even when we asked for another bottle of wine at the end of our meal, they said no and told us they closed. We like to have food (even if it wasn't beef), but we didn't feel welcome at all, what a restaurant...

We will definitely visit El Almacen again. The food is excellent and they made a birthday celebration special.
