Only the kind of deli they want to go into. large selection of sandwiches, large portions, great people behind the deli. If they are in the opposite on the look for a sandwich, they will not regret this.

Canteen is the best deli in the neighborhood! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and a very expansive menu I have never regretted anything I order there. Fresh ingredients, great sandwiches, delicious bagels to brighten any morning, and even some great healthy options if you’re looking for something light. Usman and the staff are the best around, and the friendliest people to make a great overall experience! I’ll continue to go to Canteen as my deli of choice for as long as I live in Brooklyn!

Best sandwich shop in Brooklyn! This is a great place to get a huge, satisfying gluten free sandwich or just a regular one! Never disappointed and the guys are so so nice. The place to go if you're in the neighborhood!!

This place is awesome!! My 1st time there, I was welcomed with such genuine kindnessJust got a simple burger and fries it was absolutely amazing that I had to call the place and thank them. If your in the area or have passed it several times like me but never stopped in.. well do so, your tummy and wallet with thank you
