Completely ignored me as a customer. Small dirty place

This BK is terrible. They didn?t put a patty on my burger then wouldn?t fully refund me because I ate some before knowing the was no meat.

New Burger ???? King ???? location that opened a few months now. It became a convenient location because it's closer to me and I no longer need to cross the Williamsburg Bridge to purchase Burger King anymore. Nothing special because it works just like any other Burger King location. Yet I took off one star due to the, fast food has become very expensive. Most meal combination are $10 and up when adding to size or additional meal items. ????

My Uber eats order got cancelled cause they?re system isn?t working and they refused to make my meal even when UberEats support called. If i have a delivery person come to the location to pick up my order, obviously i have one. You?re the only Burger King open this late in the area, who else would have my order?!??!

When I picked up my order, I leaned over the counter and noticed the recipe for the sandwich hanging on the wall—it did indeed come with lettuce and tomato. What frustrated me further was that one of her coworkers overheard our conversation and tried multiple times to inform her that the sandwich included L&T. However, she refused to listen! She even pointed out the recipe to the person taking my order, which is what prompted me to look at it myself. It seemed like she just didn’t want to admit she was wrong. I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that the manager wouldn’t be in for two days. Honestly, I don’t care about the 30 cents or the lettuce and tomato. The real issue is with the staff—they are inattentive and rude! If a new sandwich is introduced and you’re unsure how to prepare it, perhaps you should pay attention to the recipes posted on the wall! Additionally, when I first ordered this sandwich, the same lady who made my sandwich this time got the order wrong while working the register. It's time for them to get it together!
