Applebee's - Brooklyn Center

Applebee is a beautiful, firm place to eat. I love how cozy and comfortable it is. The star of the show was the server today. She was really nice, friendly and very attentive. My food, not so great. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, it was too salty. I wish I had ordered the Whiskey Burger. I've had it before, it's very good.

The staff worked as a team to provide a very good service and a pleasant experience. You were very professional. They were apologetic when they were a bit slow, but it was definitely NOT a problem. I had delicious, spoiled chicken and shrimp. My wife and daughter enjoyed a burger and a sandwich. We had all drinks and an appetizer. $63 bill. The food and beverages were delivered at a pleasant pace that allowed us to enjoy each other. The food came to us hot. Thank you.

We arrived on Mother's Day our server was very polite and friendly and understanding good job Kya showing for good customer service skills. The only thing I and my wife notice was the front end needed a little work that was bigger was very quiet and not much said and was somehow rude

Update : went today and we loved it. The waitress was nice and the food was good food was okay, seemed like everyone was in a hurry, although the place was empty, had to ask several times for the same article. I don't think we're going back to this place.
