Applebee's In Birm - Brook Highland

I just left Applebee's and it makes me sad. Please don't offer carside service if you don't have it. I walk in and the manager was pretty rude. I get home and the burger is mushy and inedible. Tried to eat it with a fork and it falls apart. It doesn't even taste like meat. We already don't have many restaurants on this side of the city. Please upgrade!

Yesterday was my birthday, and I must say I had a great time. The wait staff, and managers were so welcoming and kind to me. Even the other patrones joined in the festitivies. Some of my so called friends didn't show up but I made new ones. My long time friend who came and I made a real party of it. The young lady who I invited to join us had a great time!!! We shared my lovely delicious cake, and ate steak as well as other delicious food. I really enjoyed myself and will be coming back!!!! A fun time was had by all!!!

I went to the Applebee's in fivepointswest, right across from Fair Park,in BHam, Al,the food was terrible,bland,sauce was watered down the burger had a hole in the middle not a whole patty,the manager did exchange our first order,he was kind for doing that,it seems as though it didn't matter though,we went during the lunch our,if that matters,the bbq riblets was gray looking a though they just put some sauce on them,just terrible

Seen the ladies story on TikTok about how she was treated in a wheelchair. These people should be fired. To treat an handicap person that way is disgusting. If you don’t offer curbside take it off y’all’s website!

I placed an order for curbside pick up and when I arrived I was told they didn’t do curbside pick up when I stated to them I was in a wheel chair they still refused to bring me my food. I’ve never in my life experienced customer service so horrible. After 30 minutes a manager called and offered to bring my food. (I had already pulled off) The Togo girl yelled at me and said “you could have atleast pulled to the door”. Mind you I was in the parking spot that said curbside todo. My food was $50.00 and I still yet to receive a refund for food I didn’t get.
