Bidra med feedbackDuring my visits to Bromont, I often find myself saying, "I'm sorry, I don't speak French." This restaurant was no exception. The staff were very kind and understanding, kindly informing me that the wait for freshly made sushi would be 40 minutes. They offered the option to select from the pre-made items in the cold case instead. I found the usual selection of California rolls along with salmon nigiri, and they also had both wakame and ika salads available. For $12.95 Canadian, I opted for a combo that included 9-10 pieces. The sushi was as fresh as you can reasonably expect in a mountainous region. Overall, it was pretty good. They also have bottles of sake and Canadian champagne (Molson). Drink enough of either, and you might just feel like you’re dining at Nobu!
This was a disappointing experience. It's akin to gas station sushi—if you’re in dire need of a seafood fix, just grab something from the pre-made section and skip dining in. There’s no benefit to eating on-site like I did. I ordered and paid at the register, had to fetch my own plastic cutlery, and no one asked if I wanted tap water or how my meal was. It's the first time I've ever regretted leaving a tip. Everything that was cooked seemed to have been done a long time ago. The tempura was cold and chewy, making the black mamba roll virtually inedible. Even though I arrived right when the restaurant opened, I noticed a pile of cooked spring rolls sitting in the window, resulting in soggy, room-temperature rolls. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Charming little spot right next to our hotel. We ordered the half family dinner, and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly!
Delicious! This place is far superior to most other restaurants in Bromont. The service is excellent as well. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch
The chicken was outstanding, and the service was fantastic! I dined in for lunch.
