Domino's Pizza - BROMLEY

Ordered Domino pizza tonight as a treat. After waiting over 2 and a half hours we had to collect our order as they had no drivers to deliver, although they didn’t say that when ordering. When I complained on the phone I was told I would get a discount for going to pick it up and that the pizza would be recooked. Neither happened. We were told there is no discount for picking up and when we got home it looked like the pizza had been cooked 2hrs ago which it had and the sides ie chicken strippers etc were cold. The staff at Domino’s couldn’t have cared less. Really disappointed.

Ordered a pizza, side drink for delivery. It took twice the time they said it would and then the side and drink were both wrong! Tried to call the store but it was engaged everytime (and I tried multiple times over 15 minutes) so in the end I gave up, had the side and gave away the drink.

After ordering a fiery vegi sizzler with no cheese it came with cheese and chicken. No being that I'm a vegan it had to go straight into the bin. After trying to ring the store they couldn't careless so this will be the last time that I will ever be eating from dominos again. A massive waste of money and time. Very disappointed.

Buy one get one free collection deal. Greeted by a very polite young man. Very helpful, explained the menu. Being regulars we know what we want but appreciate his efforts. Told it was around 15 minutes wait. Fine for freshly baked pizza. Great deal. Nice clean and tidy kitchen from what I could see. Clean waiting area. Staff all working hard and not all shouting at each other as they are in other dominos! Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lovely pizza, large is huge! Enough for lunch tomorrow too

Ordered .... Waited over a hour for are meal... Call up dominos said he should be there in a second .... Received a phone call from the driver telling us to stand outside are house... He was in Sydenham wen are postcode is se6.... On top of that hour n half later arrived are 2 freezing cold pizza and sides... I had to chase up the manger for 3days to be told are next order would be free... Then when we called to order they said there wasn't no such notes.... So paid and are pizza come late agin.... Then I chase up the manger agin to tell us we can have one free pizza today only.... So we spent nearly 40quid.. Never ordered agin we use to be regular buyers every week now order from Pizza Hut
