Afters - BROMLEY

Hello I’ve just visited the West wickham branch, I have to say and your google reviews will back me up, the customer service is Appalling, I find the 3 girls rude and ignorant . Store doesn’t close until 10pm, we were told take away only it was 8.20pm ! Not a hello, a greeting nothing. “welcome to afters , what could we tempt you with” would be a start, and a smile, a smile would be great, this is supposed to be an ice cream parlour experience which it is not ,but what is abundantly clear is that customers are being a bother and how dare they come in the shop and order ice cream when really all the staff want is for you to go away . You have a serious problem in West Wickham branch, I suggest that if you care about your business that you go to the store incognito and see for yourself the appalling experience that customers are receiving .

On a hot day I opted for a brownie sundae which is just short of £9.... My brother made the better decision and ordered a waffle with cream, nuts and sauce for roughly £4. The actual sundae glasses that they use are quite thick and so while it's enough for one, it's quite cheeky because it's misleading in size. The price I paid was far too much for what I received in product. Next time I will opt for the simpler desserts which are better value.

Great experience, a bit pricey but I think for the area is understandable. Will come again and definitely recommended.

Tacky overpriced ice cream parlour. Vast menu of expensive ice cream desserts and warmed up frozen waffles. Kids love it of course. Expect to pay silly money to be served ice cream in a special bowl
