There were no other cars in my lane, and when I finally got my food and started to leave, I noticed there were no cars in the drive-thru or on the other side either. The order screens were malfunctioning. When I first approached one, it was blank, so I tried another one. When I attempted to pay with my card, the screen went haywire and displayed random numbers. Eventually, it said the payment was successful, but I was never given the option to tap my card. Since I had no cash on me, I felt really embarrassed. However, the carhop was very kind and apologized for the delay. Honestly, I wish they hadn’t added the drive-thru at all. That’s just my opinion.
If I could give negative stars I would.This place completely messed up our order. Cheeseburgers had mayo and ketchup slathered all over them when they were ordered without any of this. Two large orders of onion rings that were burnt and were not even onion rings but burnt onion crumbles.Called and spoke with the manager who gave us her name, I wrote it down, and put us on a list so we could come back and get our order replaced. Show up to get our order replaced and no such manager works there and there is no such book so they will not replace our order.$40 in food that was trash and a manager that lies about her name so she does not have to replace it.I have only ordered from this place twice and both times the orders were wrong they would not do anything about it.
I just visited this restaurant and had an unpleasant experience. After placing my order for a Corn Dog and Fries while driving through, I arrived at the payment window just 30 seconds later to find my order was already ready. While I appreciate the quick service, it became clear why my fries were only lukewarm and tasted stale, just like the Corn Dog. It seemed that the food had been sitting there waiting for someone to order it, rather than being freshly cooked. The fries were so unappetizing that I ended up tossing them away. Overall, the food was terrible.
To make matters worse, I requested a drink carrier through the app, but they didn’t provide one. One of the drinks was missing ice cream that I had ordered, while another was overloaded with it. They also gave me two straws for the three drinks I ordered. After this experience, I will never return to this Sonic again. I frequently order from other Sonics, and the longest I've ever waited is five minutes. Later, my husband called to discuss the situation with the manager, but all she did was make excuses—she didn’t apologize or offer to make things right. We weren’t looking for something free, but it would have been nice to receive some acknowledgment, especially after waiting so long with three hungry kids.

When I first moved into one of them, the screen was empty, so I moved to another. When I tried to pay with my card, it messed up and the board had random numbers on it, then it said the payment was successful, but never gave me an opportunity to tap the carp. I had no money, so I felt terrible and the carhop was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wish they had never added the drive thru. That's just my opinion.
