Sonic Drive-in - Broken Arrow

It took more than 10 minutes to get 2 corn dogs and an order of Cheddar peppers. There were no other cars on the side where I was, and when I got my job and began to leave there were no cars in the drive thru or in the stands on the other side. The screens were grounded. When I first moved into one of them, the screen was empty, so I moved to another. When I tried to pay with my card, it messed up and the board had random numbers on it, then it said the payment was successful, but never gave me an opportunity to tap the carp. I had no money, so I felt terrible and the carhop was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wish they had never added the drive thru. That's just my opinion.

If I could give negative stars I would.This place completely messed up our order. Cheeseburgers had mayo and ketchup slathered all over them when they were ordered without any of this. Two large orders of onion rings that were burnt and were not even onion rings but burnt onion crumbles.Called and spoke with the manager who gave us her name, I wrote it down, and put us on a list so we could come back and get our order replaced. Show up to get our order replaced and no such manager works there and there is no such book so they will not replace our order.$40 in food that was trash and a manager that lies about her name so she does not have to replace it.I have only ordered from this place twice and both times the orders were wrong they would not do anything about it.

After several negative experiences at this Sonic, I have decided I will no longer give them my business. I will absolutely never return. My time money are clearly of no concern to this franchise.

Had to wait about 10 more minutes for only part of our food then finally came around to the drive thru to get the rest, which took about 20+ more minutes. Don't waste your time folks, go somewhere else.....just awful!
