Bidra med feedbackOrdered two piece combo, for my daughter. This one came with the breast and a wing. She cut the wing in half ate a piece and said it tasted funny her exact word (fishy) I checked the other half of the wing it smelled funny and was brown.I'm assuming that blood got into the meat and might be responsible for the odd smell and taste. The rest of the breast was fine and the wing was not attached to the breast.We live too far to return.Our experience is usually positive this is a first.
Would like to rate higher but unfortunately the service and quality control is lacking. Several errors on orders, almost to the point of normalcy. Staff is curt and only somewhat friendly. Frequently lacks items from cups to food. When they are having a good day, food and service are excellent. But it seems they are having more bad days than good lately. Management might need a refresher. Hopefully they can get things back on track.Parking: Being in a complex, parking is limited and can be tight. But drive thru is spacious and easy to maneuver through, even for a pickup truck.
The fried chicken tasted to much of vinegar. The restaurant is trying to minimize loss, we understand, but they sacrificed customer service a great deal. Not for us.
Scana sat on her phone with airpods in while I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order, she occasionally looked up at me and then went straight back to her phone. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.
