Gionino's Pizzeria - Broadview Heights

We have bought from Gioninos pizza since they opened this store and loved their pizza

I have to admit the foods good but service is unreal. If I call in the before 5 they will not deliver and get a attitude because I live 3 miles away. When I call after 6 everything changes. they seem to be nicer and have no issues delivering. I use to order out 1 day every 2 weeks but unfortunately I will be going somewhere else. I truly don't understand it

Gionino's has the best sheet/half sheet pizza i have ever had. 32 pieces of awesomeness!! You gotta try it to know how good pizza can be.

When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same! It’s frustrating because the food IS good :

This pizza is so damn good. The wings are the bomb! The cheesey bread was OK. Not for me but maybe for others! The service is pleasant and friendly. Extremely great place to get your pizza. Highly recommend!!! Parking: Parking is easy! Right by Marcs grocery store
