A bit on the expensive side but clean and staff pleasent

The caramel latte was deliciously rich and creamy, even better than Costa. It would have been a five-star experience if the server wasn't on the phone while serving. We all have busy lives, but it's important to give full attention to customers. It's just my opinion, but I believe servers should handle personal phone calls in private.

I come to this restaurant every Sunday or for private meetings with others. The restaurant is clean and tidy, with spotless car work. The toilets are very clean and the staff is always polite and friendly. Highly recommend. The prices of food are a bit expensive.

Five of us, including 3 year old grandson, drinks were extra hot just as we asked for. Mitchell was so welcoming and so good with my grandson who had the fidgets! A real asset to your Store, thank you Mitchell.

Myself and another client waited in line for a very very long time to get coffee before work, while the Starbucks staff served their super friendly ex-employee. We both decided at the same time to leave and get coffee at BP, where it took just minutes.
