Kfc - Broadland

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. While we were ordering, we overheard the staff talking about smoking joints after work and swearing at each other. Is this normal behavior for a restaurant? It seemed like they didn't even care that there were customers in front of them. I have never encountered such rude staff members. The management really needs to improve their professionalism. Some of the employees looked like they were barely 18 years old.

When we returned from Madeira and drove back from Manchester airport, I was too exhausted to cook so we decided to get a family bucket with sides and fried chicken. We picked up our order and went home, only to be severely disappointed. The fries were cold, soggy, and limp. We got 2 thighs and the rest were drumsticks, but all the chicken was overcooked, crispy, and dry. Our tradition of getting KFC after a vacation ends here. The food was inedible and flavorless. Disgusting. Terrible. A complete waste of money!

The chicken seemed to have been sitting out for a while, there were no hand wipes provided, and the coleslaw was unpleasant. The overall standards of this restaurant seem to have taken a dive.

Well OK for your dog if want to chance it. No honestly it's rubbish just aload of grease ridden slop. Wen you complain you generally get a blank response if any, or just give you the same **** again

Can’t knock the value. I was able to get my free fries along with an offer off the app for a zinger and two hot wings for £3.99. The order was right first time and it was tasty.
