The Ice Cream Shop (4988 N Fresno St)

You should really ask customers what flavor of ice cream they want instead of giving them the wrong one. The customer service was terrible. Please improve it—no one wants vanilla swapped for cookies and cream!

I absolutely loved Ben and Jerry's "Tonight Dough"! The ice cream was perfect—no freezer burn at all, and the container was in great condition. I highly recommend this location!

Unfortunately, they didn't have the items I wanted, so the store called to see if I’d like something else. After a few minutes, I inquired about vanilla options, and they generously offered me a large container of Breyers vanilla ice cream for the inconvenience, along with two pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. That was really thoughtful of them. Thank you so much!
