Roti Mediterranean Bowls. Salads. Pitas.

The salmon fattoush is horrible. It’s not even proper food. The salmon feels like roasted bark. It’s not even seasoned. The salad dressing is crazy sour that you would get a stomach ache.

Amazing food quality. Always feel content with the food.

I love Roti! I eat here once a week. Today the two girls in there were so sweet! They were very friendly and patient. They were very nice and fun to talk to. Hands down the best customer service i have experienced.

Very disappointed with the food . It food was stale , dried. It seems it was sitting there for a day or so.

Hello Team, Hope that you're doing well. I visited the Financial District store today and the service was beyond horrible. The server tried to give me a lump of burned rice I told her please don't by give me that. She then proceeds to break up the lump and still have me burned rice. I got a harrisa bowl the amount of chicken I received was half a portion even though I paid for an extra side of falafel. Only got 2 falafel usually its 4. I told her I wanted hummus she proceeded to give me yogurt even though I didn't ask for if. The person at the register was rude when I tried to redeem my birthday reward. I picked the dessert when I scanned the code the price didn't adjust when I told her she keep getting annoyed and yelling at me saying ugh just scan it again. Eventually she got it to work. I left went back to office to have my lunch and found what looks like a finger nail on my food.
