Bathrooms are ALWAYS “out of service” cause I guess they don’t wanna clean them.

This was a terrible experience, a total ZERO. I purchased 2 med coffee 2 pastry $22.00 we barely sat at the counter, when the woman told us we had 1 minute to drink our coffee eat. I said but we just sat. Why didn't they say it before we purchased. She repeated you have less than a minute. When I said that's not right, in a nasty manner she said Do you want a refund, I said yes. They should not have made the sale to begin with. If they don't like their jobs, they should choose a different line not the service industry.Very upset customer. Horrible experience customer service.

Union Square is my go-to location. I love the bang-bang chicken wrap! 10/10! Love their salads too. However, tea and coffee are horrible! Today, I ordered iced mocha which I’m not even going to have... It was made by an employee who kept scratching her hair/scalp and singing while preparing it. I saw her leaning over my cup and all I thought was her saliva and dandruff in my coffee. ? I should have refused my order but I felt uneasy to do that…. I’ve had bad experience in the past with tea as well but it was the taste not the way it was made. Safe to say, not ordering anything to drink there. Will probably go back for food eventually but not for a while because today’s experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The location at Union square has a dude wearing a mask with a very nasty attitude Pret used to be good now they hires nasty people with not idea what customer service means disappointed ?That Riun the whole experience by a few trolls that you keep employing ugh! ?Thanks
