We had one of the worst drip coffee we had for a long time. The restrooms were very dirty. There were no outlets to charge our phones.

Selany is incompetent and unprofessional. Her manners is below par and physical presentation is sloppy. She needs to be retrained in every area. The food at Union square location is also the worst quality of all location. Do not recommend.

I think that this is the location that fired me for being late a few times because the manager kept scheduling me way too early. I was living in a homeless shelter and he still fired me

I don't like having to leave negative reviews but I just spent $15 on a bunch of croutons and lettuce. Where was the chicken? The dressing? An overpriced, dry, lackluster disappointment. Honestly, one of those places you go to in order to seem wealthy enough to waste money on trash food. The service was great, though, and that's the only reason I gave any stars.

Bathrooms are ALWAYS “out of service” cause I guess they don’t wanna clean them.
