Their roast chicken has no flavor similar to the ones in Costco, Fried chicken were warm, salty, microwaved like similar to stop&shops, plus the sides are given in tiny portions, and it was overpriced. Just go to Popeyes..

AMAZING Hands down BEST “La Rosa” on Staten Island. I get their fried spicy chicken sandwich and it is 1,000,000,000 better then Popeyes. Fresh ingredients, chicken is always freshly cooked and their service is so friendly. My son will not allow me to order anything else while I’m the area. The restaurant is so clean and organized and the service is very fast and polite.

I used to be a dedicated customer when the Guyon Avenue location first opened. The food was fantastic, and the staff—except for one grumpy older gentleman—was wonderful. Unfortunately, as time went on, the quality of food declined rapidly, and the changes to the menu were poorly thought out. The people answering the phone were, to put it bluntly, disappointing. There were several moments when others around me expressed disbelief at how difficult it was to place my order over the phone. While I could try the app, the incompetence of the phone staff suggests a similar lack of care in food preparation. I don’t want to sound sexist, but I've noticed that the male staff members really struggle with taking phone orders. It's disheartening to see how far this place has fallen. The staff has done a terrible job maintaining any level of quality. I would advise you to steer clear of this location. I can’t comment on the other branches, but this one seems completely out of touch with the expectations of the brand.
