Very boring experience. What they do is not even actual gelato. The attention is poor, no music playing for customers, everything is very quiet, not enough seats. It gives you and awkward feeling visiting there. You can’t try the ice cream neither. Again there’s a lack of creativity when designing the interiors of a “gelato lab”.

I’ve visited for few times and expected to find bazil ice cream(as described on web page) but there was empty container

The name is a little pretentious, but the gelato was quite delicious and very pretty. The person that waited on us was rather unfriendly, but we didn't have to wait long because only one other customer was in there.
