Dunhuang - Broad Channel

The Lanzhou noodles are absolutely delicious, particularly the soup. The pork bun is also fantastic, boasting a crispy exterior and flavorful filling. The only drawback was the service; the waiter seemed unhappy and did not convey a welcoming atmosphere. I hope they can hire friendlier staff to complement the exceptional quality of the food. Food: 5/5.

I ordered the signature Lanzhou beef noodles with the thin noodle option, and it was incredibly tasty and reasonably priced! The indoor area was clean and roomy, and the staff were very welcoming. I generally handle spicy food well, and I found this dish to be just mild enough for my liking, so if you enjoy spicier flavors, you might want to request more heat. Overall, it was an excellent meal, and I can't wait to return!

For a party of six, we managed to spend under $30, which is an excellent value considering it’s located in Manhattan.
