Chef Aless - Broad Channel

My group was fortunate enough to have had recommended to us, Chef Aless. We were blown away by the food she prepared as both appetizers and main course. The food was simply delicious. The presentation of the food was second to none. My guests raved about the flavors of your food all weekend! If you have the opportunity to hire Chef Aless you should jump at the chance, you won't regret it!

Chef Aless and her team were absolutely stellar at our wedding. We got married on 9/17 at Ramscale Studios, a very raw space where we had to bring nearly everything in. This required a top notch catering team and we looked for a while before we came across Chef Aless. From our first phone call, she was so thorough, efficient and talked us through what our day would look like. She and her team were also very communicative with our month-of planner and vendor company resulting in a seamless day food-wise. That was just the organization- then came the food. Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about our meals (we even had a chef as a guest, he was so impressed) and appetizers. If you’re a summer bride, just do the lobster waffle cones, trust us. We had meals that catered to all diets and no one left hungry. The eggplant parmigiana was amazing for us vegetarians. The team who joined Chef Aless were so kind, helpful and always checking in with us at the head table to make sure we were doing well. We were truly blown away all day. We cannot recommend Chef Aless and her team enough for your wedding!

I hired Chef Aless and her team this past weekend for my birthday/housewarming party in Manhattan. I told her from the first phone call that I didn't want to have to do anything for the party (in terms of preparation and serving) and she went above and beyond my expectations. First off, the communication for the planning was outstanding. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was a pest (there were a lot of them). For the food, I chose to have passed hors d'oeuvres and allowed her to select them for me and include some vegan options. Needless, to say, they were all unique and totally delicious (especially the lollipop pigs in a blanket)! All of my guests were raving! Once Aless and her team arrived to set up, I knew I was in good hands. They brought everything and were totally prepared and organized. I felt so relieved. Once the party started, they took care of everything, just as I had requested. Her team did a fantastic job (Nacho's cocktails can't be beaten), Madina (thanks for calming my nerves), and Stephen were all awesome! I felt so lucky to have such a great crew! They even cleaned up after so I had no work to do. Everything was presented elegantly and Cheff Aless was a major contributor to making my party a huge success. I would highly recommend hiring Chef Aless and her team for your event!

10000000 stars!!! Chef Aless prepared amazing food for my husband and I's wedding. I would recommend a thousand times over. Not only does she perfect her main courses but the presentation of appetizers and salads are beautiful as well. Her team does an incredible job and it shows. Our wedding guests continue to talk about the food and how absolutely delicious everything was. She can do it all, classic comfort food or a fancy French meal. Thank you thank you thank you!!

The Chef Alles experience was both delicious and delightful....from the moment she walked into our home, even though she had to drive 40 extra miles unknowingly to get to us, the Chef had a smile on her face and was excited to help elevate our special night. All her ingredients we organic fresh, and each dish was better than the next. Tuna Tartar, Ricotta Date Jam Crostini, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Salmon with Mushroom Truffle Risotto...finished with the fluffiest coconut cake we ever tasted....we are still stuffed!! Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to book Chef Alles, she's good people with great flavors...
