Auntie Anne's - Broad Channel

This place is the worst of you want soft pretzels I have given them about 5 opportunities in 3 years cuz I live super close I have NEVER gotten a fresh or soft pretzel from them they burn them everytime and it's so frustrating. The service is lacking really bad a whole bunch of confused dudes just stop selling pretzels or close this store down all together. DONT WASTE A DOLLAR ON THESE HARD DRY PRETZELS TRUST ME.

Anytime I’m in America I have to stop by an Auntie Anne’s as it a scarce location overseas. This location is conveniently located at the Flatbush junction near Dallas BBQ, GongCha (bubble tea), the metro (train/multiple bus routes), Target, etc. This location also has Carvel and Cinnabon within this locale so a triple threat for the sweet tooth peeps. It was clean and a little small (space in the city sucks). Wish they didn’t charge for a sauce that you need initially for your nuggets. Had a little communication issue but yeah.

I ate there one time the food was so greasy and it has so much oil on the pretzel

This time I ordered the pepperoni pizza pretzel with a cheddar dip depresso itself was extremely depresso itself was extremely greasy and the cheese dip I ordered was not warmed up for some reason I don't know exactly when they stop doing it they used to warm it up for you so you know now sometimes it comes at room temperature and sometimes it actually comes cold which is really disgusting the previous two times I've been to this location my sugar cinnamon pretzel was burnt but otherwise this visit was I would say three stars because it was very greasy
