Botanic Bistro - Brnenec

A wonderfully pleasant discovery in place of a dying Española. A bar and bistro in a modern look with high aspirations. Plus, a very interesting mix of food and quality drinks. A young team that is not afraid of classics or experiments, where quality is very highly regarded. Service was great at times, but somewhat failed at others. At least there was an apology and compensation, so they actually saved themselves quite well. They also have lunch menus, brunches, and I expect more quality gastro events. The Bao buns slightly disappointed me, the Korean wings were divine, the brunch portions were huge and I think they could easily raise prices because they are simply large and I would gladly pay even more for it. The Club Sandwich was perfection itself, with pancakes right behind. In addition, you can enjoy great alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks with good food. Food, Service, Drinks, Atmosphere, Price.
