Bidra med feedback2nd time we’ve been to this location they were out of bread bowls for their soup. They gave additional sandwich bread to try to compensate. Additionally, with the manager standing next to an employee, I asked if I could redeem a free cookie. The employee said no because it had to be redeemed with a purchase. Maybe chain/food service spots aren’t what they used to be but to save a loyal, returning patron you think they’d make a small exception.
I used Panera Catering for a breakfast meeting and everything was perfect! The catering manager Laura was great and had everything perfect. Even came running back out to bring the cups for the lemonade! Much appreciated!
The food is awesome every time I come there, but sometimes tables are not clean. All the time, it is a nice atmosphere and quiet. It's a great place to do some work or relax.
Several weeks ago, I stopped into Panera. There was a sign on the door that said, Minors must be accompanied by an adult. As I ordered my food on the kiosk, the manager approached a group of individuals waiting for food which they 'd paid ahead for and were taking out. She asked them to leave, as she believed they were under 18. They politely explained that they had paid for food and would leave when they received it, and from my perspective, they were doing nothing wrong they were waiting quietly at a table and chatting. One of them actually offered to present her ID to prove that she was, in fact, an adult. The manager did not care about this fact and began insisting that the sign meant they must be accompanied by a parent, not an adult. They got their food and left. One of the employees behind the counter then suggested that the manager may have been out of line. A short discussion was had, which I witnessed, where the manager said to the employee verbatim: I don 't care, this is my store and I make the rules. None of this the interaction, the attitude, the way she spoke to her employees sat right with me. I got home and had a discussion on the phone with the manager, during which she made it clear that just like her employees ' opinions, mine also were not valued. Nevermind the fact that there were three high school girls at a table by the door chatting loudly who were allowed to remain at the restaurant despite these strict rules. I brought this up and was again dismissed. I actually called to speak with a district manager, but they never returned my call, so I won 't be back to Panera at all. I 've since driven by on my way to Ulta, and the sign has been changed to say Parent instead of Adult, so the manager has done the bare minimum to skirt the issue. I felt it was discriminatory that she chose to enforce an arbitrary rule on one group of people and not another. I gave two stars because despite the quality of management, the food tasted good and did not poison me. I 'm a fair person.
We stopped in this morning for my son to pick up a bacon, turkey, bravo, with no turkey : the sandwich was made delicious! The ratio of dressing to toppings filled him with joy! There’s nothing better than a person who makes a good damn sandwich!
