Chicken Licken - Brits

The teller was good for as long as she processed the sale, very interactive and giving adequate updates. I waited way to long for my order as the lady in the kitchen bundled our orders whilst packing them. We then had to wait for the teller to distribute our food after all sales and she also bundled everything, preparing all the many orders before she can start giving them out. 2 of the colleagues were cleaning the stoves very nice and neat thus couldn't help, I guess. I went to McD, still went in the mall before I came to fetch my order but still found the waiting unbearable. Something needs to be reviewed.

Love the new premises, and the food is good. Sometimes just wait a bit long but good

At Chicken Magalies Hills, the service is consistently fast, and the staff is very friendly. The food is always fresh and of great quality. The kids really enjoy the milkshakes, which are easy for little ones to handle and savor.

We waited a long time for our order. The popcorn chicken was excessively salty, and despite requesting regular chicken, I received spicy instead. My six wings, which cost R35, were incorrectly packed. The cashier was not friendly at all. It's disappointing that there are only a few Chicken Licken locations left, yet they still don't seem to make an effort to provide accurate and satisfactory service.

It's incredibly delicious! Go now and treat yourself to some hot wings, but be prepared to feel a bit indulgent afterward!
