Nando's - Bristol, City of

This was my first Nandos and I was looking forward to an exciting new taste experience. As it turned out the chicken was very dry and the spicy sauce did not make up for it. I had chips and coleslaw with mine, but all in all it was pretty disappointing. I won't be eating at Nandos again. The service was efficient though.

Food was inadequate. Chicken very dry and chips were old. Staff members stand around chatting and staring right at us waiting for us to finish. Menu’s had sauce splat on them . Couldn’t finish meal. Not the same standard we have had at other Nando restaurants. Needs improvement

Absolutely shocking service!! Ordered £86 worth of food that was not delivered and could not get a refund !! My kids could not eat anything just bread as I could not afford anything this was a treat for them which turned out incredibly stressful!!DO NOT ORDER DO NOT GUVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Thanks very much to Ryan the team for sorting out an issue with my order. Despite being very busy they were apologetic dealt with it in a prompt, professional friendly manner, turning what could have been a bad experience into a very positive one. Well done all!

I said my food was burnt and the waiter said go and tell the manager. The man’s name is Dillon has was very rude
