Golden Kebab House - Bristol, City of

My small family moved to kingswood in September. We set off to look out for local fast food store that provides excellent food on price and quality. It’s been 4 months now since I came across this place, we go there once every week , the staff always provide excellent customer service and they are especially patient and helpful.the amount of food per serving is incredible big , it makes sure you will be full and definitely not a bit hungry. I recommend everyone to come here to get lunches or dinner! It’s definitely worth the price!!

I ordered some food online, it arrived barley warm. When I called up the guy on the phone told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up on me! He was very rude and that’s £14.50 of my money wasted!!

Twice I've ordered here and twice my kebab had no salad why oh why who's has kebab with no salad should be box saying **** salad

I ordered a small kebab with chips, but I was disappointed by the small portion of chips compared to what I usually receive. The chips were barely visible under the kebab meat. When I asked for the mayonnaise to be served separately because I was sharing the meal and only one of us likes it, the food was still covered in mayo, including the salad. Despite trying to separate the salad from the mayo, I ended up not eating much of it. I was so disappointed that I ended up going to a local chip shop instead. This was unusual for me as the restaurant is usually good.

I ordered a large Mexican hot pizza and after eating two slices, I went for another slice only to find that some toppings had come off. Upon further inspection, I discovered black hairs in the food.
