Super slow and food was dry, lacking the cheese and sauce, fry s were cold had to toss. Won't be back

Pulled me up thru the drive thru and forgot about me. 20 min later I go inside and they had no clue they even pulled me up.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was cold, the buns were stale, and the service was awful. To make matters worse, I received only a small portion of old curly fries. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Corporate should really step in, let go of the current staff, and hire new employees who actually care about the quality of food and service they provide.

The staff at this restaurant seemed overwhelmed and unfocused. After waiting 45 minutes for my to-go order, I decided to leave because they appeared to be out of their depth. I wouldn't feel comfortable serving the food to my dogs, let alone my children. This used to be a great place, and I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience.

Gave order then paid the was asked to pull forward due to chicken being prepared sat for 20 minutes and husband had to go inside and remind the workers that we had not gotten our order yet after watching multiple cars come and go thru the drive thru and husband was inside an extra 10 minutes waiting for our order to be fulfilled. No chance of going back there anytime soon.
