Boo to the cafe advertising afternoon tea for two, £10 per person. We queued for 20 mins only to be told there wasn't any, 20 mins after the offer opened at 2pm because demand was too high. Let people know!!!!!! Go along the line and tell customers that option isn't available so they can make another choice. Lost our business.

Marks and Spencer is one of two 'flagship ' stores at the Mall, Cribbs Causeway (the other is John Lewis). It is a large shop on two floors selling ladies 's and men 's fashion, furniture, housewares, and gift cards. There is also a food hall and two cafes. Queues at the tills can frequently cause delays. Extensive parking is available directly outside the door.

Great department store, the like of which are fast disappearing. Some of their everyday items in women's clothing are sadly no longer available. Great coffee in the restaurants.

Insensitive degrading and very rude staff working in lingerie which is an alrwady sensitive topic/area for most people. Won't be visiting again.

My deepest apologies again to the employee on the second floor who shortly delt with my nan today. She tries using her dementia diagnosis as an excuse for her bad manners unfortunately. You were so helpful in the short time you were helping us and I greatly appreciate your try. Hope this experience didn't affect you negatively and that you're feeling okay
