Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Bristol

I had made the American beef cheeseburger( medium well) was amazing, very tasty and juicy. I also tried some of the sauces, chipotle mayo was delicious. I recommend the place, I will visit him again. but it was a bit annoying because the signal was bad and they need to order through the app due to Covid-19 regulation. I hope they improve the WLAN signals.

The burgers were juicy and scrumptious. The service was satisfactory.

For a restaurant that specialises in burgers, this was a disappointment. Restaurant was understaffed, tables not set, orders missing sauces, sanitising spray left on table, and burgers not cooked to order. My partners burger had old onions skin in it, what is normally peeled and thrown away. Mine had bacon just about cooked and not crispy as described. What upset me the most was £4.20 for sweet potatoes fries and we got around 18 fries. Roughly 25p a fry. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, but the one in cribs causeway is fantastic. Save your pennies and go there.

Not Gourmet anymore. Skinny fries became cheap French fries akin to a cheap takeaway quality. Burger patty was burnt on the edges because the grill isn’t cleaned of burn marks. £20 for this! Better off going to Burger King for the is low quality and at cheaper prices too. Been coming for the past 9 years, GBK is my favourite casual dining franchise as it’s high quality. The holy triple: burger, fries and milkshakes all good. The only good item on the menu left is the milkshake as they use a pint of Yeo Valley ice-cream.

Received an order 25 minutes late. I could see it sat on the hot plate for 10 minutes. Once order was received at table the bun was rock solid, chips were found to not be cooked all the way through and were soaked with oil, burger came with tomato and bacon when specifically requested to not have tomato and the burger wasn’t even supposed to come with bacon. Burger was also requested to be cooked well done and came out half alive (RARE). As someone who frequently visits GBK I am not happy. Also wasn’t offered a refund the order was simply made again still including a tomato AGAIN!!
