Bidra med feedbackI do not eat KFC since I got food poising so I went next door one day and never looked back at KFC. The Manager Karlos at this Red Rooster store seems quite helpful and Jess has the most outstanding customer service and professionalism when I attend this store. Store is well positioned, large car park availability, store is exceptionally clean and large amount of indoor seating. Only disappointment about this franchise is value for money.
The service was fantastic! The Store Manager, who I believe was distinguishable by her different uniform, provided exceptional service. She was extremely patient while I was placing my order and even went the extra mile by offering to help carry the takeaway bags to my car when she noticed I was struggling. Despite it being dinner rush hour, my order was prepared very quickly. Additionally, the restaurant was clean and did not have any unpleasant odors like some other standalone fast food establishments.
If you've had negative experiences at Deagon Red Rooster in the past, it's worth revisiting as it has improved significantly. Their new crispy chicken range is exceptional and, in my opinion, surpasses KFC.
The staff at this restaurant were very accommodating and I didn't hesitate to ask for anything. The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant was spotless. Tegan provided excellent service and I would definitely visit again.
I am a Red Rooster fanatic. I adore this establishment and business, service is great most of the time, I got a rude staff member only once but I get it, fast-food/hospitality isn't always fun. No ill-wills though, as long as I get my cheesy nuggets i'm a happy camper : Very good.
