I have eaten at this restaurant before without any problems, and their gluten-free crust is usually really good. However, when I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, even though I paid extra for a gluten-free crust, I was given one that was completely made from gluten. I am grateful that I (who is gluten intolerant) was the one who got sick and not my mother (who has celiac disease). Be careful when ordering from here.

It is important to note that the pizza oven is shared with non-gluten-free options, but we visited right at opening time to reduce the risk of contamination, and it was successful. I experienced no negative side effects, and the pizza was the most delicious I have had in years. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to those with gluten-free and celiac dietary needs. We will definitely be returning in the future.
