Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. However, I have noticed that the prices for meals have increased since my last visit. This is my go-to spot whenever I'm in the mood for some straightforward Thai cuisine.
Bo Lan is a hidden gem that I hesitate to tell others about because it's just that good. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, consistently impressed by their high-quality, authentic street Thai dishes. The staff is attentive and polite, allowing for a pleasant dining experience every time. My whole family enjoys dining at this charming spot.
The official address is 99 Elizabeth street but that is only your starting point. Go all the way to end of the alley arcade to find this little restaurant that serves really great tasting traditional Thai. If you're down the other end of town, Chinatown go to Thai Wi-rat which is also excellent.
My first visit I ordered an entrée of 3 chicken Satay Skewers and for my main I ordered the green chicken curry. The food was amazing. I went back a second time and ordered the same thing. The service was friendly and it was a lovely place to enjoy a meal. Overall I give this place a 5/5 Best Thai in Brisbane. I would recommend it for Couples, Family, Friends, Business or Solo.
I've had lunch here a few times and the food has always been very good. It's a simple no frills place but the staff are good and the service good too. The people I've been with have always enjoyed the food. They do coffee as well. There is a range of the traditional favourites to select from and they are usually spicy! The portion sizes are good and the prices very reasonable. If you are looking for a quick lunch somewhere then this could be the spot. The food seems fairly authentic from what I know of Thai food. I'd certainly go back again.
