Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I really like Maccas but whenever I go to this one I get the runs and a sore stomach. Better option is to go up the road to the Epping one.

Local to my home and always a favourite for my children. Always disappointed. Orders wrong. Cappuccino made 2 times. Burgers wrong, fries cold. ????

Fast service because they try to have more staff available to take orders Staff needs to smile a bit more and be friendlier.

Service has been shocking the last few times. Value for money is pretty average, all depends on what you order. Food is normally good, except the one time I tried drive through and my burger was nothing but chicken and bread. was not very happy about that. Handy Location on highway. Drive through location is not great it blocks people getting in and out of parking spots.

As a frequent customer at this restaurant, I am often disappointed with my orders. Recently, I requested a burger with no pickles, extra sauce, and an additional patty. Unfortunately, I received only an extra patty and a large pickle. Despite my repeated attempts to provide feedback or raise a complaint, the staff only offer a dismissive apology and a replacement order that also had errors. I am frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and consistent mistakes. It's not just a simple oversight - it's a legitimate problem that needs to be addressed.
