Bidra med feedbackI understand that it was close to closing time and that no one wants to make a pizza at the last minute, but they could have been upfront about it. Instead, I was surprised by the fact that my pizza was missing when I got there. As a result, I had to order pizza from the place next door and wait another 20 minutes. Had I known there would be an issue, I would have gladly ordered from next door in the first place. I get that no one wants to stay late to fulfill an order, but they should communicate that instead of pretending my order didn’t exist. I believe that misinforming customers is not a good business practice. Overall, this was just a one-time issue; I’ve had great, fast, and friendly service every other time. It was just an unfortunate situation this time around.
The pizza was good, but the service left something to be desired. The staff didn't seem particularly busy, yet they acted as if they didn't have time for customers. I'll likely return because the pizza is tasty, and I hope that the service issues were just a one-time occurrence.
Over the past year, I’ve noticed that the owners and managers of this restaurant struggle to adequately train their young employees. As a parent, I strongly recommend providing better training for these likely first-time workers. It's not fair to blame them when they haven't received the guidance they need!
