Burger King - Brighouse

I waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery of 2 burgers and 1 order of chicken nuggets, only to have the delivery person leave my order tied to a fence without any verification. When I finally checked my order, the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a long time before being reheated poorly. The drinks had caused the bag to burst open, but the condition of the food was already beyond salvage. I have tried multiple times to contact Burger King about this issue, but have had no success. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the food and the service provided by Burger King. I strongly advise against ordering from this location if you are looking for fresh, edible food.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was not good and the milkshakes tasted like perfume. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would rate it 0 out of 10.

Amazing customer service from mickey as well as george, moreover the pommes tasted better than my local chippy. Fortunately, no gluten-free options from burger king but I can understand how they are not able to have them as they have a single broiler that can lead to crosscontamination of gluten-free options as well as a separate toaster expensive and cost more money than profit. but overall an amazing customer service experience and nice eating.
