For hang out spots here I recommend the x bar in the center of the casino. It gets very lively at night and they play awesome music such as reggaeton. They have a cool enclosed pool area and at night it turns into an entertainment venue with a DJ and all. If you want more loungey visit the Eden lounge. At night they have a live cover band playing music. The bar makes craft cocktails. For food, I recommend AC Burgers, it has something for everyone. The prices are decent and it has variety. The service is quick so it can get you in and out to go party. And if you need a late night bite, the caffe taza is open late for quick bites.

I would not recommend this casino/hotel if you are looking to spend time in what Atlantic City is known for. I had to come here for a conference and I was very excited. The only Atlantic City I know is the experience of the casinos on the boardwalk. I realized driving down, we were no where near the boardwalk... I assumed the hotel would compensate for that within its own home. I was there Thursday to Friday which to me, is very close to the weekend and I'm ready to go out. Not one store was open within the hotel. They only had two bars and only one restaurant that was extremely fine dining (one piece of filet for hundreds of dollars). We ended up having to eat at a fast food place in the hotel and went to bed early because there was nothing to do. I was extremely disappointed. A Thursday night, is a night people go out and I would expect the hotel to offer something

The level of customer service at your establishment is deplorable. I imagine your standards are lower or your business model is challenged but this is NOT the way to run an establishment. It's misrepresenting and literally insulting to the customers. I recently stayed at your hotel and had the unfortunate need to ask for help. You see we had traveled as a family and were looking forward to using your pool. We quickly found out that your advertised pool is in fact NOT your part of your resort. That kids were NOT allowed to use it and that your pool where kids are supposedly welcome (according to your website) is actually closed for repairs and only seasonal. Yes see that part wasn't mentioned in your website. When we did try to address it with your desk we were dismissed at first then told the manager was busy and when she finally did arrive she was defensive and demanding instead of warm and understanding. Disgusting then she chose to share that moment with other guests and employees. We will never return to any of the Caesar's properties. We will continue to discourage anyone that ever wants to come here and we will revisit this review site regularly to keep your consumers educated. Extremely dissatisfied customers!! I had an awesome room in the Bayview tower here. It was clean spacious, with both a soaking tub and a shower. The bed was very comfortable too. The big problem is the horrible check-in process. There is very little staff, forcing you to do a self check-in at a kiosk. Most of the kiosks don't work. A pro tip is to look for one of the smaller kiosks that are less noticeable. Avoid the big kiosks. When you self check-in you have no direction as to how to get to your room. Staff, with the exception of one woman, was generally unhelpful throughout my entire stay. The free shuttle I remembered from my last stay now only runs on weekends. That sucked because I wasn't expecting to spend money taking the jitney or Uber each day to/from the Boardwalk. I would stay at Harrah's again, only if I can get another Bayview room. I will know not to expect the same staffing and shuttle they had in the past. Less people come to Atlantic City, so the casinos feel they have to cut back. But then cutting back leads to unhappy guests that will never come back again. Not the good long term business model Harrah's!

The price is NOT worth it I 'll tell you that right now. For a Friday and Saturday night in July we spent $850 on the room for three of us two queens). Check in was supposed to be easy because we did it online, but upon arrival none of the quick-check-in kiosks were working. All of them were unable to read drivers licenses not just for us but for other guests as well). So our early check in was actually not early as we had to wait in a 30 minute line just to get keys to our room. The front desk person was not apologetic and acted like oh whaaat? The kiosks aren 't working? But then didn 't proceed to tell anyone working that fact. So it struck me that perhaps they just never work? The room was fine although the bed had rips on the leather on the sides and it didn 't smell super fresh. Oh and there was a pizza box empty) left in the closet. They did NOT service our room despite us being there for two nights. I called housekeeping and no one picked up. Same for the front desk, no one picked up when I called there. So I went down there to get towels. Which was an additional 30 minutes behind people waiting to check in. Only for them to tell me they would put in a request. I just don 't think they understand what hospitality is here. They cut corners at every step of the way. Areas of the hotel are not air conditioned. When we arrived, only two of the elevators in the self park garage were functional and by check out, only one was functional. Which became a logistical nightmare later. But luckily I moved my car so as to avoid the elevator altogether. It wasn 't cheap enough $900 for two nights on a weekend in July) to justify the things that were wrong with it. Plus you 're not even on the main strip so you have to drive to get to a beach in any event. Not to mention the prices for food and things within the hotel are INSANE. $39 for a pizza? You 've gotta be kidding. Not worth it, wouldn 't return. Stay somewhere else!
