I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay for a local charity golf event. Grace truly went above and beyond when I realized I had forgotten the confirmation paperwork for the silent auction prize I won the night before. She stepped in quickly and graciously resolved the issue. The rooms are stunning, the showers are exceptional, and overall, it’s a wonderful high-end experience!

Stephany delivered outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, and the entire team provided excellent service. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that the guests were happy.

I had a 4 day stay at this Marriott near Newark, NJ and had a really great experience. We had breakfast here most days (although a little pricey) and frequented the bar at night. I worked out at the gym twice and was pleased by the selection of cardio and weights machines, as well as a good selection of free weights and benches. The staff was very pleasant. Jake, on the the front desk attendants, even ran (literally sprinted) to the back of the hotel one day to find my wife a Coke that she had been craving. Another attendant let us borrow an umbrella for our quick day trip to NYC. My complaints were few, but should be mentioned: 1. The towels were very coarse and probably could use updating 2. The gym has water available on tap which was thoughtful, but it was room temp at best and 3. The “waiter” who looked after our breakfast table charged us the full $23 for my 20-month-old, which I thought was a little unfair. All in all would absolutely stay here and again and had an incredible pleasant time. The staff is thoughtful, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were aplenty.

The gentleman who checked in our large party (15 rooms) was efficient cordial, professional and helpful all at the same time. What inappreciated most of this Marriott was how quiet and peaceful it was. Perfect!
