Ogmore Vale Bar Indian Restaurant

Nice place love it they have nice Indian food after India I had in this restaurant.

Went there for a meal and had to walk out. Not what I expected. Had 5* reviews on TripAdvisor so thought it would be alright. NO! It's basically a sports bar that sells Indian food. Full of drunk loud young lads. We ordered poppadoms which arrived cold, dripping in oil and stale with no plates to eat off. My wife went outside to the smoking area which was by the kitchen and said the kitchen looked disgusting and she didn't feel comfortable eating here, paid for our drinks and poppadoms and left. The only waitress/ barmaid was lovely but rushed off her feet with customers in the Bar. We certainly won't be going back.

The food at this restaurant is both visually appealing and delicious, with generous portions that resulted in us having to take leftovers home in a doggy bag. There are plenty of options on the menu, including vegetarian choices. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The only downside was that the noise level on the bar side of the restaurant was a bit too loud.

Stunning food totally enjoyed every meal I've had from there. My only reduced rating is due to the sport bar side of it where it's very noisy when your having your meal.

Excellent food and good atmosphere for a bar as well
