Sonic Drive-in - Bridge City

I couldn't stand it. I had to stop for a drink and tweeper rings. the bomb!

The food was good, we got it fast, and the server was nice.

Yo, I get it, it was kinda busy for that time of the morning. Be for real though, you rushing me, not getting my order right, not knowing what drinks I ordered once I get to the window. Then rush me again, COME ON LADY! You couldn't wait five more seconds so I can get the thirteen cents together, Trick you just made sure I had to have a dollar fifty six of jingle in my pocket. Soon as I sit down on the couch at home a dollar five of that need a search party just to recover seventy five cent of that. You can move the traffic along without being rude and bothered by your job.

Only gave 1 star because cant give 0. Terrible customer service! Got a burger combo with a rock solid bun! Took meal back . I was told can only replace the item they messed up so even though you drove all the way home then back again you still have to eat the tater tots that are ice cold now because there wasn?t anything wrong with those!??? I told the young lady manager I just wanted my money back for the burger. She gave me my money back for the whole meal? Sooo can?t make a fresh meal but can give the money back ? Terrible customer service .. they didn?t just lose the price of the free drink I got with that combo, they just lost a customer. Would have been cheaper on them to just apologize and make a fresh meal. Oh did I mention not once a sorry or that?s the way our buns are now a days nothing! Just well we can?t replace the tater tots you ate half of them?aww no! I moved them over with a fork to put ketchup in the container because I thought I was about to eat lunch ! Until I felt the rock hard burger!! Anyway I was just wanting a fresh meal and a sorry for your trouble of having to drive all the way back.

Great Sonic. I?ve stopped here 3 or 4 times over the past month. Each time the food has been cooked to perfection and the car hops were always polite. The Ultimate Breakfast Burrito from here is exceptionally good. Tater tots were just right. Not too crispy and not undercooked. Just right. So, the next time you buzz through Bridge City, Texas, give this sonic a shot.
